I have been trying to make a backup of Dreamkeeper by Hallmark Entertainment. I have used one click, dvdshrink, DVDXCOPY Platinum and DVD decrypter and none of them are able to crack the code. Anyone have a solution?

Rip the movie to your HD, run through VOB Blanker, and then finally through DVD Shrink . Has worked on all movies that have 'newer' copy protection on them...

Is Dreamkeeper the one released in 2003? DVD Decrypter should be able to handle that alone(actually DVD Shrink should be able to ripp that movie alone). What error are you getting? Also are you using the default settings for DVD Decrypter?
You might have a bad original disc. Even though it plays fine in your player, it still can be a bad press that will give read errors when trying to ripp it.

what you can try is to see if the disc has any scratches or dirt, try to clean it with some windex or soapy water and a nice soft cotton cloth. Even you if you don't see ant scratches, you might still have a "bad press".

No problem.Hope it works for you. If is a bad press, not much you can do but to exchange it. I f it has a bad scratch, the local video store can restore it for you for like 2 bucks or so.
