I started to use dvdshrink, dvdFab decrypter and vobBlanker, and since then I had problems with nero. When I choose the type of burning (audio, data, video, etc) I want to do with a disk (cd/DVD),nero just is stuck and won't open the burning window.when I try to close it with EndProcess in Taskmanager, the process isn't responding and any other program i try to open, won't appear & work.I have uninstalled nero and installed a new version over and over again and the problem is not won't go away.Is it really bacause of one of the programs I have mentioned earlier?how can I fix this problem?
thanks.

How about removing the new programs and see if Nero starts to work then install one at a time to see when the problem returns.

Sometimes when a Computer freezes up it is because of overheating. When was the last time that you pulled the side panels off and blew the system out?
You might also want to list your system specifications for us to look at for recommendations.
Do you have a failed Nero log file that we could look at?

If you go to my computer>System you will get an overview of the system specification. Such as Ram, processor, harddrive etc.
The Nero Log is
C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero\ and then look for the log file. It will be a txt file. Copy and paste it but remove your serial number. It begins with something like 1A20....

Nero 6 the logs can be found here: c:program files>ahead>nero>nero history.log.
For Nero 7 here c:program files>nero>core>nerohistory.log

Is it possible that I don't have a log file.I searched everywhere, and I couldn't find it.Maybe I don't have one because I installed a new version and never succeeded to use Nero?!How can I generate a new log file that will log my future actions and Nero problems?
thanks.

You are correct because of the new installation all your old logs are wiped out. In order to generate a new one you have got to be able to get it to work. Have you tried a System Restore to back before all your problems started.

It will delete some files also programs that were installed after that date. Save any data that you do not want to lose just in case.
