How do i copy my dvd extras when,for example,there's about 7gb on the disc.

You'll lose a fair amount in video quality.

We can safely get rid of dvd to one in this case because its an extras disk and there several MASSIVE files, so i need a way of maybe viewing the extras and id' ing them,tell me more about smart ripper please.

I've never tried extracting certain/specific extras (I dont do extras) but I think you'd probably be best off getting VobEdit to accomplish what you're trying,if your just trying to extract extras!

Smartripper guides are on afterdawn...you might want to try search facility.

Since DVD2one version 1.1.1 came out I use the Full disc mode.
Still I don't see any loss in quality as far as it concerns the main movie. (mayby a slight loss just like the first DVD2one versions).

I found out that the extra's have a quality loss, like half the DVD quality.
So I guess in full disk copy all the quality loss is in the extra features and the main movie stays alsmost the same. See no difference.

Yes mate , I agree

I DONT do extras myself so I'm not fussed , but I'm quite surprised at just how many people want to actually keep extras/menu.

In the latest of my back up's:
LOTR - Fellowship of the Ring (Ext Edition)
4 Disc Set - 2 of which was extras!
