First thing you need to do is edit out your serial # - begins w/ 1A - don't need someone getting that!
Your Nero's a bit out of date so you can update that to 6.6.0.18 -here's a link:
http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe

CdRomPeripheral : CJ5031O OHD492U 1.0 dtscsi Port 3 ID 1 DMA: Off
Let's get these back in dma mode - here's a guide if you need:

Your quite a bit behind here - the latest is KSOB
Another link to update your firmware:

Top 2 causes - bad media and or firmware not up to date. Sony is decent stuff. So the firmware may be the cause of this.
Try the above and let's see how it goes.
Oh and don't worry about the length - nero logs are pretty long!!

Ok so I updated Nero. I retried the burn at a slower speed and it worked. It might be the media I have its only 8x and I had burn speed set to max. I set the burn speed to 2.4x and it went through fine.

I'm a little worried about doing the other steps as I'm not to tech savvy and the third one said I could destroy my drive. I'll probably give it a shot though.

I'm gonna need some help.

Your Liteon is a good drive but ya got to keep it updated just like the software. It's really not that bad - your just flashing the drive to 'learn'. Download the file - make sure nothing else is running and no discs in the drive. Then open the file and run. Done - reboot.
Setting the drives back to dma will make things go faster. The guide is pretty is easy to follow. Even if you have in uninstall your just forcing windows to reinstall 'correctly'.
Setting burn speed to max may burn over the media rated speed. Sony's are decent and I have burned these at 8x. Once you update your firmware I would set the speed at 8x.
Glad your got a good burn!

So one more quick question. I uninstall the primary and secondary IDE channels but what about the Via Bus Master Controller?

I'm gonna need some help.

The guide is for illustration - you may not even have this one.
