What the crap is wrong with it? Just when i press the start button, it just says "Generating Thumbnail. Please wait" And then it's done.
What's wrong?

dunno but i think psp video 9 is crap , i had loads of problems with it , 1st it started freezing my comp then it just crashes my comp , and it wasent my comp , it was that program , so now i use the convertor i got with wfi max , its mint, it brings the file size right down , a film from 700mb to 230mb!!!!

The file is Windows Media Audio/Video File. Have any idea how to solve this problem?

Video9 lists WMV under the supported category but alot of people have issues with these files. Do you have the latest version? they update quite regularly. Anyways if you really really want to watch it and theres no other way convert to DivX first, I got a program called stoik video converter that converts wmv to AVI.

Thanks Dude! The program isn't perfect neither. The layout isn't friendly. Taking too long to convert, and when it's done it doesn't have the THM file. I think we are out of ideas right?

Did you try it see if it works? PSP doesnt NEED the THM its just good to have it as a thumbnail.

i think psp video 9 is crap i suggest using psp video express cause the quality is better (depending on the output size)and you can range your video size from 100 megs to 600 megs (i use 200 megs good sound,video a little pixelated on really fast paced action scenes, but still watchable) and its easier to use and adjust the settings than psp video 9
