DVDx how make output screen size bigger?

Hi I have DVDx, to rip DVDs to VCD or SVCD (mostly VCD as take less CDs)

however I understand the that VCD/SVCD is a different resolution to DVD, but whe I watch the finished VCD on my widescreen, its very small. is there a way to make the output stretch to fit on DVDx? or is ther another way or program. I am new to this and like the "one click" program
