What is the best Rippack out there

Hi I am a beginner at ripping and would like some advice on the best all in one rippack that is easy to use and gives good encoding. I have been using a program called rippack but iam having problems with lip sync. Can any one recommend any good ones as there are many on the market.

i just got atlantis ps2 toolkit and it does the lot!

but i need help on the LBA and IMO part do i need to change any of these? after the dvd check part?

I use Smartripper personally because I got it first & have had no real problems with it...
