Turning file folders into ISO

I have downloaded some games @ times when searching for ISO games & have found some that download it shows up as a folder. Is there anyway that I can turn this FOLDER FILE into a Game or ISO to play. Also when you open the file it says read only. Can I somehow trick this to turn into a game.

Can some1 plase help. I can find alot of games all the time, but this would be a great time saver.

What is the folders name?
If its PSP_GAME and another file UMD_DATA.bin
then thats ok
Download UMDGEN here
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/194
Drag and drop the PSP_GAME and UMD_data.bin to the right hand side of UMDgen
Now go to File- EXPORT ISO
U should now have an iso

No, It is a file folder like My dock folder. Like that. All it says is the name of the game & when you open it up it has alot of files, but no ISO.

what are the file types inside the folder?

are they r.01 or .001 files?
