Hi all, some real good laughs in that Cheney thread eh?

In Canada we have:
Right-wing = Conservatives
Centre (moderate) = Liberals
Left-wing = New Democratic Party (NDP)

In USA they have:
Right-wing = Republicans
Centre (moderate) = Democrats
Left-wing = no party (illegal) ie. Communists, LoL :^)

Personally, I vote NDP - and I am appalled right-wing consevatives are now in power in both North American countries.
I have always been amazed at how Americans feel there are only 2 political spectra: 'liberal' or 'conservative'.
Of course, there are 3.
How does it work in UK / Oz / France / others? Okay Finland too (almost forgot ;^)

afterdawn isnt the place for politics it causes to many heated arugements and drives a wedge between good members and i wont let you slam consevatives because iam very proud to be one THIS WILL NOT BECOME ANOTHER SLAM FEAST TOWARDS CONSEVATIVES

and BTW iam appalled by the liberals and the liberal bias press!!!!

Come on now, have we not learned from the other thread. I don't recall having any 'real good laughs', well at least until some people nearly got banned. Polotics...religion, these subjects are way too sensitive to be posting here.

Sure, the safety valve is a bit of fun where we have a license to "unwind", if you like. But as you can see, my buddies here aabbccdd & pulsar feel strongly about their politics, as do others..so I feel there is no need to discuss them here. There is a time & a place for everything. This is neither the time nor the place for politics nor religion.
