Is there any way to compress a MPEG2-File so that it's still an MPEG2-File?

What do you mean compress?? Lower the bitrate?? Yes, you can, you need to find the MPEG plugin for TMPGEnc and then you can re-encode the mpeg-2 file! If you meant something else then just say it!
