Well, this i think is pretty simple, so i just need a simple answer :)
I've been searching google, without luck :(

But how to make disks with multiple setups? Perhaps with a start menu?
e.g. If i had two different programs, but wanted them on one cd, but still able to run them both (setup) from the cd!?

i make these all the time, there are programs that build menu's for you. CDmenuPro, CDfrontend, Autorun Maestro just to name a few.
google for "autorun cd menu" and you'll find lots of them.
