HOW THE HELL DO I USE IT???????????
I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DYCRYPIT MY FILM THE USE DVD2ONE THE NERO5.5 BURN IT SUCCUSSFULY BUT WEN I PLAY IT ON MY STANDALONE DVD PLAYER (also my xbox which played the 30mins i got from dvd2one trail) it wont work it only plays on my computer ????

Did you burn ISO or UDF/IFO Mode?

Smartripper or DVD Decrypter to rip?

Try Smartripper (free)

I use:
Smartripper 2.41
DVD2One v.1.1.1
Nero 5.5.9.9

No problems playing anything on my Sony stand alone so far.

iv got dvd2one 1.1.1
and nero 5.5
just not sure if im using the dycrypter proper un definatley dont now how to use ifoedit????????????????

It depends in Smartripper whether you want to DVD2One it or not...

4.36Gb or less - FILE & select ALL so all .VOB .BUP .IFO are highlighted
Select destination folder...
(then just burn in Nero)

4.37GB or more & you have to maually select the .IFO that goes with the 4 .VOB files (main movie)
It is 2 above the 4 .VOB files selected automatically by Smartripper.
Then DVD2One - Movie Only (it'll add .BUP for you)
Then Nero.

what make is you standalone player, it is of the old generation, i had an old samsung 709 unmodified and it does not play any dvd-rs at all, some of the older players are not compatible with the media, check out your player on dvdrhelp.com under players and somebody my say what format the discs may need to be done in nero or if it has any compatibility issues

I step by step guided tiauk3 through the whole procedure & we got a successful result.

It wasn't due to stand alone player...
