Help with Razor V3c

Hello all. I have recently purchased a Motorola Razor V3c from Verizon after long awaiting them to get it. No I have been trying to get it unlocked and get the tools all loaded. I am still trying to get the unlock test run but I can't even get the tools loaded. Am I jumping the gun, does this stuff support the V3c? As I don't see it in the list when asked what phone I have. Then the tools just says phone not connected? Really lost here. I have mototools v3.23 I think it is. Any help is greatly appreciated.
