Sure its possible, but it wont be playable.
Why do you want to burn them? for storage? or do you want to put it in your psp? lol if its storage just burn them like you would any other file, using nero is easiest.
If its because you want to play it in your psp, then it cant be done.

Your supposed to put them onto the memory stick, and use a program like Fastloader or UMD Emulator but firstly you have to make sure you have firmware version 1.5, any other version will not work.
To check your version go to system settings - system information
If its 1.5 then i can tell you what to do.

It would be what it says in system settings - system information
either a 1.0,1.5,1.51,1.52,2.0,2.01,2.5 or a 2.6 There is a link to download firmware but if your on 1.5 you dont really want to upgrade.
1.5 can do alot of good things the others cant.

Then go here http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/90 get fastloader
or go here http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/92 and get UMD emulator, i suggest fastloader its easier.
Now when you open up fast loader
You get 4 folders?
ISO
ISOMISC
ISOSPLIT
PSP-GAME-FASTLOADER &FASTLOADER%
Copy ISO, ISOMISC, ISOSPLIT to your memory stick
eg if it is drive I: then the folder would be I:ISO
Explore the PSP folder and in that will be GAME folder in that will be two folders FASTLOADER & FASTLOADER%
Copy these folders into your psp mem stick in the folders corresponding eg. if I: then I:\PSP\GAME\FASTLOADER & I:\PSP\GAME\FASTLOADER%
once youve dont that you can place the iso in the ISO folder, some isos come compressed so you may need to extract them, if when extracted you get PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA you have extracted the iso too far leave it at the step b4 you get PSP_GAME folder.
The readme file should be able to help you too.

Dude you do realize that the Psp doesnt play dvds right. So there is no way you could play it off a dvd. You would have to start with blank umds(which you cant find in stores) and get a umd burner(dont bother looking)..
