I've tried copying this DVD from two different DVDs (one part of a 6 DVD Set, 1 as a single DVD rental), with different approaches - but same disastrous results. Whether I try straight from the DVD with Shrink or Decrypter then Shrink, it crashes right at the moment it switches from Analysing to Encoding modes in Shrink. Each time I get the message An Exception Has Occured. This is the first TV show DVD I've had troubles with since Friends Season 3, which had been my first attempt at dubbing a DVD in 2004. Is there something special about the protection on this DVD? I didn't think the TV Shows were getting the major protection more typical to new movie releases.

I was able to get around it by copying it with DVD Decrypter to my hard drive and then using DVD Shrink 3.17 to create an iso file with the files DVD Decrypter gave me and once i had the iso file i burned with Nero. I hope this helps you. It's known to be one of the problematic dvds. I was suggested to use DVD Shrink 3.17 and not 3.2. You can read the following information below.
