hello, i am running v2.6 on a ceramic white japanese psp, i just downloaded the eboot homebrew, along with the application psp set x located here http://files.pspupdates.qj.net/cgi-bin/cfiles.cgi?0,0,0,0,12,1884 (i dont know if that link worked, but its under fanjita) in the list of working homebrews, it says all it does is change th function of X, and O, which is what i want it to do. but it says it does PSPsetX is a firmware tweaking tool will using this void my warranty because it affects the firmware, also when i load eboot it always crashes, i followed this tutorial http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/300895 please try to respond quickly, and offer help for why my eboot crashes
PSP set X might void your warranty(altough it cant really do much to mess up your psp) beacuase when you swap the x and 0 button it has to replace a file in the flash with the one included in with the program(from a U.S psp firmware). Eloader will not void your warranty unless you brick your PSP somehow with a fake PSP program

i heard changing the music effect for something while not having a replacement sound effect will freeze, then brick your psp.. heard of several people accidentally doing it.. be careful
That update u downloaded mrawesome (what a handle!) doesnt work above firmware 2.00 so get rid straight away, i,ll also help u through eloader which needs a UMD of GTA:LCS in order to work.
