Is there any way using my xbox to play online with x-link or something with dial-up?

Can you really speed dial-up or at least find out a way not to lag or to lag less or much less?..

And which website... is it http://www.se7ensins.com/ ?
If so, where do I go on that website and can I use x-link with dial-up internet?...
