I recently bought the above and am having problems. Although it is supposed to be a dual layer drive, it does not recognise DVD+R DL disks. I am using 'Verbatim DVD+R DL' disks. Do these have to be formatted before they work and if so how? If they don't, could this be a problem with the drive? P.S. If these are stupid questions I apologize.
