Cant get nero to burn a CD

hey,
I have nero 5.5.9(outdated I know) but when i go to burn an audio cd it wants to save and burn it as a image file. Does anyone know whats going on and how i can fix it. I mean it worked perfectly until i moved about 8 months ago. If anyone can help me it would be great...

to my knowledge you cannot burn cd's with Nero only dvd's.

Gwendolin is a Lady, not a Gentleman. An EXTREMELY knowledgeable lady at that!
Don't forget CDs came out before DVDs, Nero 5, I think, cannot burn DVDs, due to its' age.

You are honoured in my saying that, as I very rarely compliment anyone, in life generally! I hate sycophants, I am quite frankly amazed at the amount of people who have me as their buddy! (Didn't think I was THAT popular! LOL!)
I said what I said as I have noticed the good advice you give & the knowledge you have shown to have.
That is more than can be said for some around here!
That is not a pointed remark to anyone in particular (just in case some jackass takes offence & has a go at me!), just something I have noticed of late.
