Does anyone know of any guides on this? Or can point me in the right direction?

Can this be done with Nero or do I need a few more applications? (if so, are there freeware versions that you know of?)

I've got a PAL ISO file I ripped from a DVD that isn't available in NTSC. I want to convert it to NTSC so I can watch it on my DVD player (Xbox). It doesn't bother me if I loose the menus and just end up with the video file, but I'd like to keep them if it's not a big process.

I know in Nero Vision it automatically encodes PAL video files as NTSC no problem, does this work with ISO files in Nero Burning ROM?
