I was haveing problems loading umdemulator v8.0c and fastloader v7 into my psp. It wont even run them. I was wondering if it would have anything to do with the fact that when i try and transfer files to my psp it makes me rename the files and folders to make the names smaller?

any help would be appreciated

I think it is your file type, what is the file type?

Whats your Firmware version,
If its not 1.5 its not going to work
you can find this by going to system settings = system information.
