Cheapest way to buy Recode2 please?

I have Clone DVD2 and ANY DVD. Ive been using also Shrink with any DVD but would like to get Recode2 as Ive read on here that it will produce the best possible PQ for longer DVD's. When I have a long movie I always use Shrink with deep analysis and extra smooth. The results are excellent and much better than I get on Clone for those log films.
I here recode2 is faster than Shrink and the PQ better when using the Deep Analysis part of the prog.
Where is the cheapest place I can buy it from please?
And also what do you know are the best settings to use for best PQ? I dont care about the length of time!
As Im new do you know if messages to this thread arrive in my own personal email?

Gwendolin am I stupid or something but I have Nero Express6 Start Smart, is Recode2 in there? And if so what are the best settings for the higest possible quality? I only save feature only but use a projector with a 102" wide screen. So thats why Im looking for best possible quality!

Recode2 should be in with your Nero package, if not try that link I provided.
When you open Recode, go to More, right click and then right click profiles and you should get something like this

i have Nero express but i dont see recode...how can i tell if it is there or how can i get it? I am new so be kind please.......

I have Nero express6 and I just found it in there after help from this thread I started,,,,,see what gwendoline told me.good luck
