hello everyone i am new on here

Well i need ur help please i ave just downloaded a game called bliztkrieg 2 from torrentspy and in the game there is a cue file and a bin file.
Rite how wuld i go about copy it to a disc throw nero oem suite so i can play the game anytime on my pc or on my laptop i ave the game saved in my download floder in bitcomet if sum 1 culd help me wit this tellin me how go about it step by step i wuld b very greatfull 2 them because i want it on disc so i can take it off hard drive so download more games thanks carter40
