Hi there, just got a didgital camera with the movie option ad I am wondeing if there is a way to compress a video file so it can be sent by email. Right now the files are too big and get rejected by my email server.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Anywhere from 14 MB to 25 MB and they are .mov files

Sorry, that just explians it. You can use adobe premiere to compress video, but i think this is expensive, maybe there are alternatives, i would also liek to no, so somebody help?
