xSNES9x won't work.

Hey everyone, I am new to modding and I just got a softmod installed on my box though Splinter Cell. I have EvolutionX+3935 installed, and it's up and running. I did the FTP process of adding the emulator to my XBOX (E\apps\xSNES9x June 14.2004 or something). I turn on my xbox and load EvolutionX through Splinter Cell, and go to the "Launch Menu" option>apps>xSNES9x and try to load it, but it takes me to a screen that says "Support Needed" or something in various different languages with a 21 at the top left corner, and the green light on my XBOX (the open button light) flashes red. I turned it off and back on and it was working perfectly, but it still won't load the emulator. How do I fix this? Does it have anything to do with my XBOX version? did I just get a bad emulator? Help.
