DMS4 EZI LITE FIRST INSTALLATION PLEASE READ AND HELP!!??

Ok,I have a V8 ps2 a DM EZI LITE chip and I will be backing games up onto this hdd I have. So I opened up my ps2 the first oopsy I did was pull to hard on the fan cord and pulled the female connector with the male but thats easy fix just solder the femal back on. Then I got to the mobo where I acctually install the chips. Since the manual sucks, it did not specify which direction to place them so I tried about 3 ways and used my best guess and the best fit placement. THen later on I saw a picture of the ezi installed and it was exactly what I had. After installing the chip I quickly put itback together only putting in half of the screws for easy and fast re-entry. I plugged in the power and video cord in. Flipped it on, no screen. THe green and ble lights turn on and work but no screen and the disc drive acts a little funny. I posted this up on another forum and someone said there could be too much pressure on the chip.

Sooo if you fellas know how to get me going or even any clues that I would be much appreciative.Also I do not have a OS/BIOS cd or whatever it is so which one do you think I should get.

a Lite needs Toxic BIOS Version 1.4

and I'd say chances are more then likely you've bent and shorted pins on the bios connection more so then the pressure on the chip, the SE isn't as prone to pressure due to it's more compact size.
