I downloaded a file and the audio is play before the person starts to speak! How do I correct this. Anyone have a clue of whats going on?

Does it do this when you just watch the movie or when you burn the movie to a DVD disk? I dont know how to fix it if it happens if you just watch it on your PC but if it happens on your DVD. You can 1) Buy better DVD Media and 2) Burn at 4x speed 3) Close all programs that are running on your PC while you burn the video.
