im planning to sell a 9 in 1 windows xp disc on ebay. What it is is allows you to install windows xp sp2 proggies. I was intending this for computer adminstrators who install a lot a day and make it easier to ave one disc for all windows installations. I.e this will have home oem, retail, and upgrade. also pro retail, oem, and upgrade. along with server 2003.

Im not giving serials numbers with this. its only intended if you already have a key and would like one disc instead of nine. Its bootable and comes up with a menu for which one you want.

So is this legal to do so since im not including key's? Im only including the os and nothing more. Tell me what you think.

Im also working on a mini linux disc to allow you to change ya pass for windows in case you kid or somebody locks yeah out. Is this legal?

Let me know opinions cause this will be on ebay usa site and the laws are tougher. I think its legal cause im not giving pirated keys and its only intended if yopu have a legal key.....

I personally am using the 9-1 right now and its awsome having everything rolled into one

I am not sure but i heard that for every computer some1 has they need to have an xp disc for each........But if your not giving anypirated keys than i guess it's legal....but i don't know

O yea and if that is the only XP disc you have i would recommend not selling it, If your computer crashed then you could restore it

No Im going to make as mony copies as I need with clone. Discs are cheap yeah know and i i sell these for like fifty a piece I would make a mint. I agree though. Im only selling the soft. It will be useless without a key. SO this is intended for people who already have a key....:>

i think microsux would have something to say as in there rules u are only allowed to have one backupo copy, but if u can prove that u are only selling as a backup to ppl or they cant prove otherwise i cant see a problem, but maybe worth asking ebay just in case.

Well then I guess I will go ahead. I got some more tweaking to do, but it's almost ready. The password changer is kicking my arse thought. I cant get it to work...hmmm!

But for me working on peeps comp it makes life so easier....with this 9 in one disc. Maybe I will give it a shot. Worst is microsuck or ebay will contact me and I will have to stop selling it....

if you are selling copies of the originals than that is a no-no. might expect a call from some certain people if you catch my drift.

You cannot really think its legit to sell copies of Windows Xp just because you aint selling the serials.

Its one thing to download it for yourself (Fine and slap on the wrist if your unlucky to get caught). It whole different matter selling stuff for profit. Thats prison time

Huh? Im not selling nothing illegal. Software sharing is only illegal if you provide a way to activate it. Im just was providing soft and its not up to me how they activate it.:>
