Both my roomate and i have separate Xbox Live accounts. I bought a second copy of Halo2 thinking that we could play against eachother. We are both hooked up to the same router. When we tried playing online against each other about halfway through a game it kicks one or both of us offline. I am wondering if anyone has heard of this problem and what i can do about it. Is it possible to use 2 separate accounts with the same internet connection?

well do you want to play AGAINST each other on live ...or...WITH each other on live.?.........Becuz you could link your sns to one xbox than both play on that but that is only if you want to play with each other......

I understand that we can play on the same xbox. I wanted to be able to play on our own tv.

I had this exact problem. It would always kick either me or my brother off if we were playing custom games but not if we were playing matchmaking. I dont know why it does it but i would like to know why
