Can anyone tell me if there is a problem now with getting firmware updates for micro advantage burners? I am getting a burn error and I want to first check for the latest firmware upgrade. When i try the micro advantage web page, it tells me that I am not authorized to access that page. I have never had a problem accessing it before.
Can some please help!!! Thanx in advance.

Didnt micro advantage use aopen drives? What does your computer report the burner as? If you have dvddecrypter open it and under source where the burner is selected right click on the burner and select check for firmware updates.
