my mp3 player is a SanDisk Sansa m230
i let my frend borrow it and when she returned it i attempted to change the song, but before i could, my other friend repeatedly pressed the light button in the center of the key pad.
none of the buttons worked and my only resolution to the problem was to take out the battery. Upon doing so, i could not turn the device back on. Now, the only way to turn on my mp3 player is to connect it to the computer, but when on, i cannot access the menu..
i need help on this situation desperatly, pleez help!!!!

Have you tried resetting your unit? Sometimes, it can just be simple things like that which turn out to be a resolution ;-)
