PS2 PAL to NTSC half fix?

So I'm trying to play Marc Ecko's new game and I have the PAL version and have patch it using ps2_pal2ntsc_yfix at 48, 56, and 64. No difference. But the game seems fine at first its all centered and fine, its not till the game play that it gets out of wack and is way to far down. Any solutions?
