NO you can not use the code above!!!
Auzi Phones give us trouble. Don't know why.
The regular codes don't work.
You can try this. Let us know the message you get.
If you have NOT tried any codes, we can try a few.
There are THREE codes I would like to try.
You MUST catch the message after you enter the last #. Only a second or so.

Did you check with IMEI: *#06# ,Firmware Version: *#0000# .

OK, I'll need some more time to work on this. I have an untested idea I'm working on. How many tries have you made up to now?
Here is the code I would expect for your phone.
#pw+039953452666740+7#
There has been little or no success with this.
I would normally suggest this next:
#pw+788560701532353+1#
Again, I expext little success.
I would like to try these codes:
#pw+080013701767603+1# A
#pw+038393452666740+7# B
#pw+755380272346735+7# C
Depending on the actual number of tries your particular phone allows, it does vary, this will use them all up.
I really don't know which code you should try first.
"B" is normally what I would try if it were not an Auzy phone (for what it's worth)
I doubt that you will get anything different on this Forum.

You can wait and see if one of our SENIOR members offer a different code to what I have offered here.
If you should get lucky, Please let me know which code works.

But I tried the code you offered, it said not allowed.
It seemed to be hard locked. But I only tried twice before, not five times!!!!
