game saves and a DMS4SE

I have a DMS4SE running ToxicOS .41. Is there a way I can download PS2 game saves off the internet (probably in the formats that the cheat devices use, like .max) and put them on my memory card to use with games off the hard drive? Is there a website that hosts plain vanilla gamesaves that I could just ftp (or put on my jump drive) to my PS2?

Anyone's help is appreciated.

I don't think you can, though I am not 100% sure. If I am wrong someone correct me.
