Reading error with AOPEN drive when copying dvd

Hi there
I need some help with reading errors. Both, Zathura and Battlestar Galactica Miniseries came-up with reading errors in both Nero 7 (with DVD43) and DVD Decryptor. Also, when using Cyberlink Power DVD to play the DVD's, the software is incapable of reading the same areas I am getting my original reading errors. With DVD Decryptor I am getting the following error:
I/O Error!
Device:[1:1:0]AOPEN DUW1616/ARR 1020(E:)(ATA)
ScsiStatus: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition
CDB: 25 00 00 32 15 01 00 00 01 00
Interpretation: Read(10)-Sector:3282177
Sense Area: F0 00 04 00 32 15 01 0E 00 00 00 00 09 01 00 00 00 00 00 24
Interpretation: Tracking Servo Failure

Haven't had problems with any other DVDs
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Here's a few things to try -
*make sure the disc(s) are clean
*use a lens cleaner on your drive - the lens may be dusty - if these discs have any glitches seen or not - cleaning the lens may help
*try ripping in iso mode with decrypter
If these not work then you should exchange them for new ones - anything special protection wise on Zathura but not sure on Battlestar.
