I encountered the following problem with Legend of Zorro and Flightplan. After ripping them successfully with DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 and DVD Region-Free (to remove ArccOS), I opened the files with DVD Shrink. But everytime I want to do a re-authoring (only keep main movie) I find that it is only 1-1.5 Gb large. The rest of the film is listed as Extra (3.5GB), which cannot be previewed (although bonus features can). Please help me, I have already tried another program, dvdrebuilder, but it gives the same problem (only detecting 1.5Gb of the movie).

Welcome to the forum. You need to use VobBlanker after the rip and all will be OK. Below is a guide one of the members here did:
You can use Shrink instead of Nero as it is free
