Does anyone know of any issues with this unit,or where I can acquire firmware.I have had it over a year,and worked flawlessly.But it recently started to refuse to play dvds recorded on it,or any I record on my pc.It will still play commercial dvds,but fails to recognise any bland disks,weather + or -,and brand doesnt matter.Is it toast,is it worth taking to a shop? I have a Liteon LVW-5045 coming from newegg monday,so my troubles will be over.Im just wondering if there is any life left in the Sony.Thanks Guys,great site!.
