what do i need to use to load my backups into my ps2 harddrive? when i try, it says not a valid ps2 disc.

you need a slide card/fliptop/magictool (depending on what ps2 fat/slim

you can network to send from pc to ps2 harddrive

or you can take the hard drive out of the ps2 plug in pc and use winhiip to install the games
