ILO DVDRHD04-issues

Hello i have had an ILO DVDRHD for almost a year and i love it however i have recently had some issues with it that i was hoping someone might have input on. For some time now when i put in a blank DVD media DVD+R i can write to it but if i eject from the drive without finalizing it, then the disk is junk (it will show as "invalid disc"). Also if i burn to the disc and then finalize it in one sitting then eject it will work fine in any other DVD drive but shows as an invalid disc if returned to the ILO drive.

Any Thoughts?
