Hello I wanted to talk about a theroy on the playstaion...
A friend of mine had a mod X-box that can burn a full vidoe game on the x-box then I thought of this why isn't there one for the playstation 2?
But I had a Theory...
The playstation 2 has a input a UBS port that has the cabablity to be ues but only for a keyboard but I have think that it could go both ways if an extranl hard drive would be instred and be able to mod the programing on the playstation 2 then it could work if the games are upload to the hard drive but it should be very unstable and could fry but its worth a shoot...
I have been trying but still something missing the boot isn't hold or the power way to high Im getting there but I need some advies

its been done via USBadvanced and suport is crap... for fat consoles you can use ide HD and network adapter 300Gigs HD max if you have a chip.. ;-)

Wow really were can i get one that way I don't have to go thrgh hell and high waters to try it myself oh and it will work for any game anywhere right? like from japan and the states...
I been try for about three years so throw me a freak'n bone here...

Swapmagic with A flip-top kit.Is all you need!
The hard drive IS NOT compatible with all games,
and can only be used with certain models of the ps2.
Get a fliptop kit and swap magic disks and burn
your backups using dvd decrypter.

having a chip has nothing at all to do with it. HD Advance 3.0 is current software that will direct boot to the HD with no modification at all to the console.

another uneducated post...... Swap Magic requires rebuilding of any game over 4.3 gig in size, has issues with forcing video carrier (PAL/NTSC) and all that disk swapping is just plain ignorant..you can get a chip that will do everything SM will for allot less $$$, you can pay about 10 bucks more and get a chip that will do everything.

also harddrives are compatible with EVERY version console.

try to be more educated with your postings.

Does anyone know where to download a HD Advance? How do I use it? Is there any guide lines that I should do? Can I store it to my hard drive to boot it everytime is use my PS2 and not to insert it anymore? need help about it

SKSApps.com download HD Loader v0.7c but you still need a way to boot it because it is a backup
