xbox xecuter3 + xlcd need a decent dashboard???

hi, ive got a v1.6 xbox with a xecuter 3 installed and xlcd screen, bought it second hand so dont know what bios it is, ive just put a 120gb hard drive in it and installed slayers v2.6 alls working well but the power leds are flashing continuosly, and the xlcd screen isnt recognised in the media centre that comes with slayers,??? it says rox my box on startup if that helps with the bios? it had unleash x on the old hard drive and the media centre on there worked fine with the lcd screen, is there anywqay i can transfer the unleash x dash off the old drive to my new one?? or download a dash thats better with the lcd readout etc?? have to be done by ftp as my dvd writer is knacked! all help would be gratefully received
