i believe that i have a virus that i probably had before i installed my new norton anti-virus, since i have had and tried to uninstall and reinstall it again, i can not open up my norton anti-virus whatsoever

This is NOT in the right forum.

Call your computer's maker, they will walk you through it without a disk, I have done it before, it's painless.
