putting backups on a HDD

someone told me that in order to put backups on a HDD, i needed to do the following: load HDloader, insertswapmagic, click install, use slide card, swap for backup, click install.....well, do i need to INSTALL swapmagic, and if so, will i need to use the slide card everytime ???

You need Hd Loader or Hd Advance . You will need HDAdvance 3.0 to play dvd9.

You will need either slidecard or fliptop.

You really need Hd Loader or Hdvance since it saves games onto hd.

This is for the BIG PS2.

as for the swap disc, it only allow you to play jpn or usa games both import or backs or original disc. it doesnt save onto hd.

Install Fliptop.
Insert either DVD or CD HDAdvance.
Click on convert at the HDA Menu.
Then open the cover (The fliptop cover) then insert the game.
Then press X and name the game . then enter.

After the game is finish. then you can play the game.
If you see a black screen, you need to reset your playstation 2 then insert the cd or dvd hda.

Next highlight the game you want to play but press select, turn mode 3 on. Some modes for some games are either 1,2 or 3.

This is for Fliptop Infos and I dont kno how to use the slidecard. also this is for hda 2.0 . 3.0 is like YEs or No and I dont have that sorry.
