It is a cheap name knockoff of the Elby CloneDVD2 and doesn't work very well, unless you like coasters. Save yourself the hassle and dump it....

That version is OLD and cant decrypt newer movie protections.
You will need an updated decrypter program to get by the new
protections on the original dvd's.
I use Anydvd (which has a free 21 day trial and FREE lifetime
updates once you purchase the software).
And dvd shrink to compress and burn the files. (freeware)
Otherwise you could Use DVD fab decrypter and VOBblanker
to rip the movie to your harddrive (THEN you can use DVD shrink
to compress the files) ALL these are free...
Anydvd works well together with CLONEDVD2 and it also works
great with dvd shrink.
I highly recommend it.
But the program your using WONT work.
Good luck

Try using DVDFab decrypter (free), it's a whole movie ripper so you'll still need DVDshrink for reauthoring if needed and the transcoding process.
get it here:

I used dvd decrypt with shrink previously, I dont think it was the decrypting part that was the problem it was the shrinking part, shrink didnt seem to shrink them enough and so they stuffed out at the end of the movie which is very annoying when watching

I'm not sure what you're problem is exactly, can you clearify:
"It will copy it but not burn it"
"I have shrink but most movies stall toward the end using it"
and
"shrink didnt seem to shrink them enough and so they stuffed out at the end of the movie which is very annoying when watching"
Are you having problems with:
ripping/decrypting
Burning to disk
Producing files small enough to fit on a single layer disk
The movie is stuttering, skipping, freezing during playback

This is usually caused by:
1) Poor media quality
2) Burning too fast
3) Possibly burning too close to the disks outer edge
4) A possible incompatibility issue between your player and media used
5) You should also make sure your burner's firmware is upto date so the correct write strategy is applied when burning.
possible solutions:
1) Use good quality media, like that made by Sony(DVD+Rs), verbatim, TY's. Using quality media helps ensure a proper burn and backups that will play well and last.
2) When burning your backups, try and stick to a burn/write speed of 4x, this is what considered the sweet spot by most for DVDs.
3) Burning too fast too close to the disk outer edge can cause pixilation/distortion especially when poor quality media is used, causing playback problems like yours. Have shrink, Nero, or colnedvd2 produce files sizes of 4300MB. In shrink goto: edit-->preferences, choose custom from the dropdown menu in the preferences tab and enter a value of 4300, you can do the same thing in the other applications.
4) Make sure you're using media recommended by the manufacturer of the player for proper playback (DVD+Rs or DVD-Rs0, read the manual to see what it will play correctly. If still having problems with playback you can also try booktyping the disks as DVD-ROMs, booktyping can only be applied to DVD+R media and only if the burner supports it.
Here's some info on it:
http://www.k-probe.com/bitsetting-booktype-faq.php
5) Keep the firmware upto date, you can use the link provided to find the correct firmware for your burner (look for model#), if one is available just download the file and run it as instructed.

Note: you can also use DVDdecrypter to display your current version as well as use it to locate an update for you (look for drive properties, I believe, in one of the menu's above)

Poor quality media and/or fast burning generally produce these types of effects....

I have used it in the past for 2 weeks straight about 3 weeks ago and will only use it as a last alternative since I paid for it and can't get a refund. Don't waste your time to try and get a refund because they won't! Their tech support is a joke. Or should I say, "Is an oxymoron!" Their software isn't capable of burning @ 16x speeds (except to watch on the PC) on any brand or format of DVD blank media! Current firmware won't help either w/16x.
With DVD-Cloner3 any brand 4x, 8x will burn fine @ a 4x speed and no faster! I've used HP DVD-R 8x, Memorex -R 8x and +R 16x(@ 16x speeds), Maxell +/-R 8x, and Verbatim +R 16x (@ 16x speeds) all flawless results with proper and current software/firmware/hardware.
All I have to say is SLYSOFT. 30+ now movies @ 16x. Approx. 6-8 minute burns. Approx. 45-50 minute total time.

My previous remarks are in regards to the software DVD-Cloner 3 v.3.06... Herman Street...It needs a lot of work and it seems to work better if you have decrypter running in the background. The one that's integrated into it is ok. Also if you have another cloner program installed you might run into read/loading errors. I would expect this quality of software from somewhere outside the US.
All in all I would rate the program 4 out of 10. The 4 being how quick and easy the software is to use. Customer Support on the other hand is somewhere in the negative. All this being said it's probably why they are offering their bunk software $20 less than it was 4 weeks ago!!!
One thing i forgot to mention, within the last 3 weeks for the primary software i use now (slysoft) they have had 3-4 software udpates. DVD-Cloner 3 is a week older (1 month total) and hasn't had 1 update yet! Someone is doing homework and someone isn't! IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT DVD-CLONER 3 YET, DON'T.
