I keep getting the message dvd shrink 3.2 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. i've downloaded a new one and still the same thing. i've tried the dvdfab and still the same thing. this didn't start happening till i upgraded nero and now dvd shrink won't work. it was working fine before; nero just wouldn't open and burn the dvd that had been shrunk. so they they told me to upgrade nero and i did now when i hit backup dvd button i get the message. some please help. thanks

1.Google for a Free registry cleaner as you are having OS Coflicts.

2.Take Nero totally off the computer. Go to Nero site and D/L Nero Cleantools and use them all.

3.Now d/l DVDDecrypter: http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/
You will use that to burn the iso image file that Shrink will create

4.Below is a guide for you to use w/ pics and instructions. It is all freeware and I suggest you use it. If that fails then you have computer problems that you will need to correct
