I have been trying to back up the cooler ,but so far no luck. Anyone had a good experience with this film? Tried DVDFab and VOBlanker.

any DVD , shrink and DVD Decrypter did it for me

This is an older one and from what I remember nothing special on it. So without having any of the errors you might be receiving and what's happening my 1st guess is a dirty/scratched disc or a bad press.
Try cleaning it off. Decrypter is great on these type of hard to rip ones. Try decrypter than process thru shrink as usual.
