i just downloaded file assistant++ and there is a shortcut for it on my desktop with an internet explorer symbol on it. When i try to open it, nuthin happens. I need it to copy onto my mem. stick. Any help please?

go there get ver 0.09
It should be a compressed folder extract it and iside will be other compressed folers
1.0, 1.5, skins If you have a version 1.5 psp then open the 1.5 folder
