LOOK IM NEW IN THESE AND I BOUGHT A GAME THAT UPDATE MY PSP TO V 2.50 WHAT DO I NEED OR WHAT SHOULD I DO TO HAVE INTERNET ACCESS....PLEASE TELL ME EVERYTHING I NEED AND NEED TO DO TO HAVE INTERENT IN MY PSP

You mainly need to have a wireless router and broadband connection to have the internet on ur psp. Then go to WWW menu in psp and it will try to connect to ur connection, u need to make a new one so let turn on ur WLAN switch and go to scan until it finds ur access point/router. Confirm its ur connection and boom ur on the internet.

You can get a wireless router from practically any electronic shop for e.g pc world. As for the broadband connection thats entirely up to you as there are a big range of internet providers.

Install it using the cd provided but first of all get broadband. The price depends of hat make the router is they all do the same job though. For instance a good wireless netgear router will be £90 whereas a wireless belkin router will be around £70-£80. Have u got dial up internet?

Thats no good man u need a wireless router, if ur from the uk BT is doin a package with a wireless router for £25, but am sure there is better IP providers out there

you dont need a wireless connector, I didnt. i down loaded version 2.60 to my psp(i dont know if this has anything to do with it).from this site I got a connection made.when you scan you must find a signal of about 30% or higher, or it wont work.if you scan a access piont with high signal strength then , move the signal will go up or down causeing it to work or not work.

Yeahh and where does the signal come from....thats rite a wireless router or access point, ur psp is scanning for radio waves which in turn is transmitted from either a wireless router or access point. And u find alot of them in cafes, bars, libarys most public places.
