I go to burn image to disc on nero. But theres nothing there?

It's a image file? what do I use?

rename the extension to iso and try it again.

Assuming that you mean a ISO image file (.iso extension) and you don't have an OEM version of Nero. Try this:

Insert the blank media and let it be recognized
double click on the Nero smart start icon
on the left under applications, click on "nero burning rom"
click cancel to cancel the wizzard
at the top goto and choose: recorder-->Burn image
browse to where the image is located, highlight it and click ok/open
at this point just make your selections for each tab
last tab is the burn tab, choose 4x, and finalize the disk
