hello there, just a quick question - when burning dvds i am finding that some dvds are not allowing me access to surround sound when playing. is this just me or is it a pecularity with burning programs. i use dvd shrink and dvd decrypter. thanks

anndic- are you by chance deleting any of the soundtracks when you are ripping the dvd to the hard drive ? thgis could be your problem ? pleas be more explicit in detail of problem & will try to help!

the only thig i delete before i burn is any foreign language component. everything that is in english stays. it is just some dvds that i burn i can access the surround sound feature on my tv and others i can't, but can from the original, so was wondering if is something i am doing. does this help
